Clients authorize SchierWealth to manage investments on their behalf in accordance with agreed objectives and risk profiles.

While SchierWealth employs professional diligence and risk management, all investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during onboarding and throughout the client relationship.
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and any security materials (including, where applicable, hardware keys and multi-factor authentication devices).
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your investments, taxes, and use of digital assets.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees are disclosed in your applicable plan, mandate, or client agreement.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees are non‑refundable once Services are rendered.
• SchierWealth may update fees upon prior notice as provided in the client agreement.

6. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrencies and digital assets are highly volatile and speculative. SchierWealth’s strategies seek to manage risk but cannot eliminate it. Market conditions, regulatory actions, technological issues, counterparty risk, and cybersecurity threats can adversely affect performance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property
